"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Maybe. Being that we've never spoken, I had little to go off of so I won't even try to defend my assumptions as totally accurate. But at the same time, this is simply a chance meeting between strangers over the internet that will probably not repeat itself-- so what I think probably doesn't matter much, does it?
